Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery. Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 1–3 days.

Returns & Exchanges

Collection pieces purchased at full price through the website may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

A flat $15 fee covers the return label and replacement shipping for domestic exchanges.

Please let me know if you want to add insurance to your package. I'm unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please email me at hi@aeri-go.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and I'll make it right.

The following are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom and made-to-order commissions
  • One-of-a-kind pieces
  • Archive Sale or discounted items

International Shipping & Customs

Pieces ship internationally from New York. Delivery timelines vary by destination. Import duties and customs fees may apply upon arrival — these are the recipient's responsibility.

For international exchange inquiries, please reach out — I'll do my best to accommodate where I can.

European Union Orders

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason and receive a full refund. This applies only to ready-to-ship collection pieces. Custom commissions, made-to-order pieces, and one-of-a-kind works are exempt from this right under EU consumer law, as they are made to specification. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me at hi@aeri-go.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
